HE DE VOGÜÉ FAMILY. The first mention of a de Vogüé family was in 1084. The de Vogüés have their roots in the Vivarais, at Vogüé, Rochecolombe and Aubenas. Historic The origin of the Château, seat of the de Vogüé family, can be traced back to Raymond I de Vogüé at the end of the 12th Century.
